The Winchester Chapter offers multiple opportunities throughout the year to gather with other local Railfans. Winchester Chapter Events are open to the public. The following events are just a sample of the Chapter's busy schedule. All are welcomed!
Annual Railfan Day at Shenandoah Junction, WV
Held every August. Please check with Chapter for specific date.
Annual Chapter Banquet
The Annual Chapter Banquet is a semi-formal affair where members and guests gather to remember and celebrate all that the Chapter achieved in the past year. Each year, the Chapter awards the "Bent Spike" award to the member who has bent over backwards to further the goals and purpose of the Chapter. Guest Speakers include Executive Officers and influential Leaders from national and regional railroads.
